J.E.L. - Texas City, TX

Germany!! I am finally here in Kiln. There are people of many different cultures in the city, and they all look like Americans. Our group was able to climb the steps of the Cologne Cathedral, and see the entire city. I miss you all!! Love, Jill

Hey mamma, papa, and everyone elso. The plane ride was tons of fun, but I only got 30 minutes of sleep. Today they had us walk around the city with people who have been here a while. It was a struggle staying awade until we got to climb all the way to the top of this giant Cathedral. The view from ther was like the empire state building almost. That woke me up...just in time for bed!!

Today was the hardest day I believe I have ever had. After we got here off our 9hr. flight, we had a 2 hr. bus ride. This afternoon we went to the Cologne Cathedral, it was 509 steps to the top. We rode the subway many times to learn our way around Cologne.

S.C - Willis, TX

It was a very hard, super, awesome, exciting and jet lagged day. I got to meet some really awesome people, God has been showing me some very amazing new things. I can't write it all!! Justis - you would love it here!!

M.J. - Hannover/Garland, TX

Today has been long and....tough. We went to the dom: "Today I toured a cathedral of such awesome solumn beauty that I was stunned. I was in awe. The architecture was full gothic style, with towering pinnacles and sharling gargoyles. It was so angular that it was gloomy, and I felt that a few minor changes would have transformed it from a edifice of love into something sinister." - Mike Howerton....I cant put it more plainly!!

H.R. - College Station, TX
